  Fitting Taps

  Was very rude and abrasive and needed my assistance throughout. Never bought a torch, and you would have thought my taps were the only one's he'd ever seen behind a sink and thus not easy to get to!!!

  If the customer thought I was rude and abusive this certainly wasn’t intentional and I apologise if this is the way I came across. To be fair the customer was quite rude to me. He requested I go immediately otherwise he would complain to Checkatrade. I did go immediately as requested although I was in my car not my van hence the reason I didn’t have a torch! The customer took it upon himself to assist and was telling me what to do and how to do it. I did struggle as the waste provided by the customer was not the correct one and I couldn’t remove the sink as this would have potentially damaged the tiles.

  Fix leak in kitchen sink and plumb in dishwasher

  Roger arrived more or less on time, yet despite having lived in the area all his life and living ten minutes away, he'd never heard of Elkesley. We asked for an upfront cost once he'd been shown the problem, which he just dismissed as 'not that much money' which wasn't very helpful. He asked what our heating system was and when we answered 'Air sourced heat pump' he said rather bluntly 'never heard of it' which was concerning. I think the leak has been fixed, I think the dishwasher has been plumbed...

  Fixing new taps

  Roger arrived bang on time and did the work very quickly and efficiently af a fair price. A very nice chap who I recommend wholeheartedly.

  Replacement sink

  Roger carried out the work - turned up as planned and communicated throughout. Unfortunately he was unable to replace the sink as planned but I don't think this was due to his work - but due to an abnormality in our pipe system.

  Roger Coops rang me after putting the job request to Checkatrade. Came out to the toilet cistern not working properly. Friendly and sorted it with no problem. Would definitely recommend

  Shower tray leaking

  Found Roger on line and he was able to come out to us promptly and diagnose the issue, returning the following day as promised to repair the issue. Roger is clearly a very experienced plumber and very polite. His work is of a high standard and he left the area spotlessly clean. We plan to have him back again soon for another piece of work.
