  This company seemed to do a good job & the foreign men that did the job worked very hard & did it quickly, but only time will tell weather it is a good job or not. I’m hoping that it is as I didn’t get any official paperwork or the 15 year guarantee that I was promised. It was very expensive for what I had done & for the materials that were used. I’m just hoping that it was worth it.

  I accepted the quote given but felt pressured into agreeing to the work - I advised that I wanted to wait until I had the funds before work started but was told that work could be done for £500 less if started sooner. Was concerned that ladders were used to access the roof and when I asked about this I was told it was OK as they had a roof ladder?? Am still waiting for a receipt and the guarantees that I was promised despite asking on numerous occasions- text messages and emails have been ignored.
