Absolutely 1st class service from start to finish. From initial contact to completion, Westley and Leonard were polite, hard working and thoroughly professional. Very impressed with their work ethic. You can tell when someone really cares about what they are doing and has pride of purpose in their job. Respect, guys. Delighted with our new roof - and with the additional work (roof insulation, chimney removal, and what turned out to be a very challenging rebuild to rectify a box valley that had been botched by previous builders). As work progressed, we were consulted at key decision points where additional work was identified. We noticed a leak coming from above a bay window, so I found Roof Shield on Google and called Westley. I spoke to him at 9am, and by 11am Leonard had been out, assessed the problem, and provided a reasonable quote. He came the next day and completed the work. Leonard was polite, professional, and did the job exactly as he said he would. I’d happily recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future if needed.
