  Flat Roofing Repair

  Awful job

  Asked Shaun to come and advise on a leaking flat roof. He examined the roof and advised using Ultra Flex. Quoted £3000 and said it would take two days. Job was finished in 1 day. I can't use ladders but he assured me it was an excellent job and wanted paying immediately. 3 months later the roof is cracked. I spoke to the manufacturers who said the wrong material had been used. When I said this to Shaun he said it was the correct stuff, it was my roof that was the problem and if I wanted it coated with the material the manufacturer stipulated I would have to pay for it. Very disappointed.

  We’re disappointed by this review as it doesn’t reflect the full situation. The customer was informed Ultra Flex was a repair option and wouldn’t leave a perfect finish. A top coat was offered for appearance but declined as he “didn’t care what it looked like.” The issue was caused by condensation from a swimming pool below and the lack of a vapour barrier, not the product used. The original GRP roof, installed by the customer, had already failed. Despite this, we replaced the roof with a new felt roof at our own expense.

  Roof leak

  Shaun visited our property on 20th January to inspect an issue with our roof. He quickly assessed the job and advised we would need a new eaves tray installing due to the leak. I was concerned about the weather and Shaun kindly gave us our quote and completed the job on 22nd January. A very professional job was done and I would highly recommend Shaun and his Roofs Inc business. Thank you

  Replacement Eaves Tray - water leak issue

  Shaun was amazing - he arrived on Monday to look at the problem and by Wednesday morning it was all fixed. Shaun replaced the eaves tray. I would have no hesitation Shaun and his Roof Inc business. Thank you Shaun

  Flat Roof

  Shaun kept me up to date before and after the work carried out. He provided photo’s and also fixed some small jobs for us. I would recommend Shaun he is a very approachable person and hardworking. The Job was a Flat Roof and repaired some eaves. Will keep his details in my folder. Mrs Anna Wells
