Really happy with works

Faultless boiler service experience
My Vailant boiler service was very easy to book online. I had an 8am-12pm window and the engineer arrived at approx 9:15. He was very polite and got to work straight away Perfect service. Will definitely use again. Thank you 🙏🏼

Boiler repair
Boiler part replacement. When our boiler stopped working unexpectedly , a prompt callout and diagnostic was arranged followed by a quote and we were quickly booked in for repair . good communication throughout.

Removing a defunct gas pipe
Nice guy, but part of the pipe which needed to be removed was left which was disappointing, and we had to remove this ourselves as he didn’t have the correct tools. He also seemed to be in a hurry to finish so I wasn’t too impressed with the service.
