  Replacing roof in bay window

  The lads came to replace the roof on my bay window following a leak. I spoke with Ron who was great and came to quote straight away and a date was agreed. Ron and the boys turned up when they said they would and carried out the work well and took photos as they were going which Ron showed me after the work was complete. My only slight dissapointment was there was some mess left in the guttering where the mix holding the ridge tiles had gone and not cleaned up. There was also bits and pieces in the window sill and on the driveway which was left for me. Happy with the work overall

  Emergency Fencing / Gate Service

  Emergency fence replacement

  Two days before Christmas, three men worked until dark to clear away the old collapsed fence and to erect a new one so that the garden would be secure for my dogs. They did not seem to take a break so they could finish the job in one day. I could not have asked for a better service and would recommend the company unreservedly.

  Cleaning roof and replacing flashing and finding leak

  Contacted Checkatrade and Ron rang me within minutes. He made an appointment to come and see my problem then agreed to do the work 4 days later. Arrived when he said he would and was very friendly . Explained everything that needed doing throughout the job. Was very personable and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Ron and would definitely use him again.

  Leaking roof

  Found the tradesmen great on 1st meeting, carried out work on a really wet day. Did not carry out the work as discussed and tried to charge full price for 1.5 hours work. I did not pay the full price. Also they have dropped debris off the roof and smashed my garden shed. I approached about the damage and they refused to accept responsibility they said maybe something had dropped off my roof and damaged the shed. Also stayed in the house while I was at work and waited and waited until my partner had paid them money they even got their phone out and banking app etc pressure my partner.

  I'm really sorry you feel this way about our work, the work was carried out to a high standard, the shed damage was not caused by our team, as we explained to you upon a visit you have alot of falling concrete on other parts of the roof which you declined to have repaired. Your partner invited us in to sort the payment as it was a wet day as you stated. She only payed half off the amount owed on completion and stated you would pay the rest later that day but you refused to pay for the completed work even though you were satisfied with the job

  Replaced 3 fence panels/posts.

  Responded via phone call within 10 mins of requesting the job. Work completed within 24 hours and took old away. Very pleased with the service.
