They never kept their word
I contacted RSL for a job to replace my radiators. They sent an engineer and after measuring, I was told a quote was going to follow within the next few days. Weeks passed I never heard from them. I contacted the company multiple times explaining the situation and again I was promised that someone was going to get back to me - again nobody bothered. Plumber gave me false information and tryed selling me the extra work of £489 which wasn't need
Plumber tryed selling me more problems by saying oh I need to change the whole shower kit at £489 Im not stupid, all that needed doing was a cartridge on a shower mixer Even the plumber said that will take 7 days to order He spent 24 minutes in my house and did nothing and charged me £150 What a rip off Be careful, when thy come to yr house, its a expensive and different picture, meaning they try making out other things needs doing, avoid pleaseVerified reviewerJob location: UB210 Plumber

Replacing a garden tap

Replaced tap, removed broken toilet seat, resolved water hammer problem
