Repairing our alarm system
I put in a request for someone to repair our alarm system. I got a few replies but Stephen was the only that actually bothered to ring me. He was polite and listened and came to look at the problem 2 days later. He was punctual and worked through problem step by step explaining what he was doing, what seemed to be wrong and the parts he was going to get. We liked the way he kept us informed and was attentive to our questions.He later had to go several shops to get a £1 fuse but did not charge extra. Changing an old thermostat for a new smart (nest) thermostat.
