Professional high end service

Honest, genuine, experienced builder who does not gatekeep work from others
We encountered an unfortunate situation with our original builders, who attempted to exploit us by claiming that an internal wall needed to be knocked down due to poor brickwork, quoting an additional Ā£26,000. He informed us that the brickwork was satisfactory and did not require any demolition. Moreover, he pointed out seriousĀ H&S concerns related to an improperly installed steel beam, laterĀ validated by the building inspector. This informationĀ led us to decide against continuing with our original builders. Double story rear extension and associated works
Russellās Rennovations, Dave and his team, completed a double storey extension and installation of bifolds to our Victorian end of terrace. Due to the age of the house we encountered unexpected issues which Dave resolved quickly and confidently. Dave and his team were also very accommodating and flexible with regards to our requests during the build. Dave and his team are professional, friendly, communicative and complete to a high standard and we would definitely recommend Russell's Rennovations.Job location: SE1310 Refurbishments

Refurbishment project from dave and team

Kitchen extension
This is the second time using Dave and his team, this time for a larger project. This was a extension to the back of the house. His team were great, very vocal on everything that was going on each week. They turned up when they said they was, and completed the works to a high standard. Home Renovation
Was so glad we found Dave and his team. They did a great job in renovating our home. Dave was clear with outlining full scope of works and when a few hidden surprises arouse, he explained what needed doing and what costs would be applied, which for us was great, as we had a budget to stick to. All the guys were very polite and kept our home as clean as could be, making sure to clean outside aswell, to keep neighbours happy.. Russellās Renovations is a Building Construction and Renovations Company.
With over 15 years experience in the building industry; we take on full new builds with our highly trained project manager team. This can include, extensions, basements, RIP out and bi-fold installations, loft conversions, full garden restorations, RSJ/Steel installations, bespoke carpentry, new kitchen bathrooms and pretty much anything else you want changing in your home!
Our team is made up of multi traders including plasterers, joinery team and steel welders.

Our Director, Dave, drives the team with his unique military background having served as a Royal Marines Commando. With this background, Dave can Project Manage the whole process, leaving you with the one point of contact and letting him take care of everything else. Accountability, empathy, integrity, hard work and a big smile on all the team members is key to our success and growth of our name in the industry. The family background started with Daveās grandfather as a Carpenter who served in the RAF and is still alive today, 99 in 2019! His knowledge has been passed through the ranks of the Russell family and his old tools from the 1930ās are still being used today on site!
