Friendly, honest and reliable. Excellent communication and project management. All the contractors were great - builders, carpenters, electrician, windows company etc. Rutland helped me source other contractors for additional work (floor sanding company) and even liaised with them to help move their dates when there were some small delays. Work was carried out to a high standard. Everyone was polite, respectful, flexible and tidy.

We are very happy with our extension and extra work carried out by Rutland Building. It feels like we've moved into a whole different home. Quality always good and any problems solved easily and without fuss.

The workers were hardworking and respectful and finished beautifully. We had real issues with structural engineers, building control and party wall agreements, but the builders remained patient and helpful throughout as we worked to resolve these. There were a couple of building related issues, but these were resolved without fuss or delay.

Really nice people to deal with. Kept informed of progress throughout. All the team were courteous. High quality work throughout. I would recommend this company.

Excellent and professional workmanship

Steve was very communicative and, with his team, provided an excellent finish. We were set back a few weeks but Steve worked hard to complete the job in time. All external contractors Rutland used (plumbing, electrics) were excellent. All in all, very happy!

Very pleased with the work done. They couldn’t have been more helpful from the start to the end even down to a small detail of putting an invisible stop on a cabinet door when I was concerned about it hitting the wall. They were all very accommodating when we needed extra things done and tried hard to work around our family life I’d be happy to recommend them.

Re wiring is still ongoing due to COVID-19 and EDF not connecting new mains supply. I asked for, and got exactly what I wanted. Super reliable service!
