Replaced worn out toilet mechanism
Rob did a fabulous job, diagnosing the problem, sourcing the parts and installing. Always polite and worked hard. The area he worked in was all cleaned up when he left and toilet working perfectly. Replaced broken stopcock, along with replacing a leaking outside tap and pipework
First of all when Rob arrived I was a female at home alone with an urgent job. When pricing up the job I did not feel he was taking advantage, like others. Rob was very polite at all times. Returned my call, apologising that he missed it. ( I did expect a voicemail if he working). Gave me an expected time of arrival and called agin to confirm arrival time. Full rip out and replacement of family bathroom
Rob was clean, tidy and professional throughout. Rob offered his expertise by suggesting products that would be suitable for our bathroom and within our price range. All of the work was completed to an extremely high standard.
