Mixed experience - poor communication and not checking work
Mixed experience with S1 pest control. It was a difficult job removing squirrels from the eaves of our house. The initial work was carried out well and we were told the work was guaranteed for a year. We had to contact S1 a few weeks after the work was completed as the squirrels were trying to nest in the same spot. Wasp Nest
Had a wasp nest in the brickwork of my flat for which Theo contacted within minutes of my job submission to discuss the work required. Theo even called me later to say he could visit a day earlier than agreed which was fantastic news to hear. As for the job, Theo was very professional, he observed the affected brickwork to attain an entry/exit hole for the nest and then applied a powder based compound to the area. Expertise in handling Rats problem
Our company has been managing multiple properties , we called S1 pest control to handle rats situation. They were very professional from day one. They had clear plan to handle the issue. They coordinate appointments with the tenants and had to do extra visit, that assured tenant and us that rats issue has been completely resolved. They came three time and now we are invader free
We used S1 Pest control as we had been in Paris and came home with some invaders - Theo the owner came and fumigated the whole house concentrating on our bedroom - we did our bit removing some furniture and hoovering thoroughly stripping all beds down to mattresses , splitting bed bases and taking out draws as it seems they like bed bases. We were very impressed with Theo’s meticulous approach and unlike most tradesman he always returned calls and text messages. Thank you Theo and team great job well done.
