From the initial contact for a quotation Danny was quick, efficient, courteous & professional. The whole process was explained and carried out promptly, they arrived to carry out the work on time. The boiler was fitted with the minimum of fuss and the paper work presented promptly

Boiler replacement
Samsian had previously serviced my old boiler and highlighted concerns that had been noted but not addressed by a previous heating engineer. Following helpful discussion, and recommendations from friends, I booked them to do the replacement. All communication was efficient, polite and professional. Danny came at the agreed time, explained everything he was doing, sorted out some strange pipe work that came to light during the work, and left me with a system that is better than the old one ever was!
