Macerator toilet service and repair

Great. Prompt arrival, located the external stop cock, replaced stop cock and repaired pipework.

Clearing a blocked macerator toilet
Jon did an excellent job. He pointed out we should use thin toilet paper not the thick one we had. He took a lot of time and trouble checking everything and removed a large amount of waste. He also checked why the water was not draining from the sink which was as a result of the defect in the plug connection. We decided in the end to use an ordinary rubber plug we could lift up and down as required as there was a danger if he removed the old fitting it could crack the sink which showed signs of wear and tear. I was very satisfied with his professionalism.
