  No hot water or heating.

  Arrived an hour early. Did not put any protective cloths down before taking a plug out of the bottom of a full water reservoir inside boiler and wondered why water spilled and drenched the work top. I managed to get tea towels to soak it up. He expected me to supply him with a bucket to collect the remaining water. He then emptied the contents of the reservoir (sludge and particles) into my sink which is now sitting in the waste trap and will need to be unscrewed to empty it. He said he would get a price for the part required but didn't make a note of the model of my appliance.

  This customer was extremely rude and aggressive towards me from the very start. Very bitter about everything as soon as i turned up. i was going to leave straight away but thought i would try and help her anyway although i knew i would not be paid for my trouble.. Sometimes you try and do what’s best and right in a situation and it comes back and hits you where it hurts... I will be very reluctant to do this again..

  Replaced expansion vessel and valve, replace radiator valves

  The work was completed on the agreed date and at the agreed price. All work completed satisfactorily.

  New, first time, installation of a gas fired central heating installation in a two bedroom flat

  Nathan has done, and continues to various jobs for me in recent years and another due this year. The last major work was to remove old and troublesome. Inefficient wall hung heaters and install a full gas boiler and radiator heating system which he serviced and issues a gas safety certificate annually He is a pleasant and efficient contractor who keeps to budget and leaves the site clean and tidy each day. He remains my first choice for plumbing and heating choice

  Radiator replacement x 2 Central Heating filter and pump replacement

  Nathan replaced 2 radiators which required the pipe work altering and also changed a leaking central heating system filter and the pump that had failed. Nathan was professional and very tidy and is clearly a very knowledgeable plumber. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Nathan at Sapphire Heating Solutions again and would happily recommend him and the quality of his workmanship.
