Go to Sargent and sons for efficiency, great customer service and care
Sharon was Excellent. The toilet was broken, a plumbing disaster, my heart beating faster, but a Brilliant UK company came to our rescue and fixed the toilet with expert precision and wonderful care, Jeff tackled the problem and cleared the despair, A fantastic job from a top-notch engineer, now everything’s flushing, just like a dream. For service this flawless, I’m thrilled to commend, A five-star experience I 100% recommend!

Top tap work
Another first class job by Sargeant & Son. Jeff replaced two taps and identified the problem with a shower fitting. His attention to detail was much appreciated. A shout out too to Sharon at the office for admirable efficiency.

Super efficient.
I telephoned the office just before lunch, to request a new shower due to leakage and loose wiring. Jeff, the plumber arrived in the afternoon, and my new shower had been installed before 3.30pm!! Sharon from the office and Jeff were both extremely helpful, friendly and super efficient. A rarity these days!! I thoroughly recommend this company.

Boiler repaired very quickly.
Sergeant & Son came out to service our boiler and found a problem. They quickly ordered the part and came to fix it within a day. The engineer was very knowledgeable and quickly got the boiler working again. I would recommend this company for any problems you have with your central heating or plumbing problems. Hazel.

First Class Company
Jeff arrived promptly and detected our water (noisy pipes) problem straight away. The job was done quickly professionally and tidily in a very short time .He replaced bathroom taps and shower hose and heads, taking away all old pieces. Sharon was able to offer us short notice cancellation appointments and provided a very friendly And professional service . we would highly recommend Sargeant and son for any aspect of your plumbing needs plus more check website for full list of services. Pricing was also reasonable please be aware that for first visit you do pay upfront for the first hour.
