No show and no comms
Initial communications were good. I had a couple of questions regarding injecting into render. I was passed onto Rob, there Technical expert, this is when the issues started. Sent several emails and made calls but could never get hold of him. I then booked in an extraction with there call centre with the promise of Rob getting in contact. The appointment day came and went and no one showed and without any comms. I made calls and sent emails, again no reply.
