    We couldn’t recommend Scott highly enough. He was able to make recommendations and suggestions for the house that neither ourselves or other architects had thought of which has resulted in a really well laid out, space maximising design. As novice renovators, Scott has had enormous patience and given advice with our too-ing and fro-ing over big design decisions. Scott has smoothly guided us through the planning process and answered our endless questions as we embark upon our build, all in a really timely manner. We’re hugely appreciative of Scott’s time and dedication to our project.

We provide Architectural Services (Building Plans) for Planning and Building Regulation Approval, specializing in domestic property renovations, with our popular projects including extensions, loft conversions, outbuildings and complete renovations. 

A new service we offer includes completion of SAP reports. These are energy assessments for new build houses and for when there is excessive glazing within an extension.

We are a small Business that has been in operation since 2015. Prior to the business being established, we operated as a sole trader from 2003, therefore we have an excellent understanding of what is required for your project.
