    Painting all the exterior of large house

    The owner made only 1 brief visit to the site after job commenced and only after his team had been working on four different days. Thus there was no onsite briefing of the team of our requirements. The team members changed from day to day and the one most often attender said this was his biggest job and 1st outside job. The result was in our opinion, inadequate supervision, poor communication, inadequate preparation of surfaces and incomplete coverage. Instead of gloss or satin paint normally specified for painting on wood, the team used without our agreement a MASONRY paint, (photo attached)

    Im sorry too hear your unhappy with how things went i did explain that I had several jobs on and wouldn't be there often The masonry paint was used too paint the exterior walls on your property I have the receipt for satin gloss that you see yourself Im sorry one of the workers left there ladder at your property I'll come remove myself

    Painting bedroom

    Painted a small bedroom for me, same colour as before, so basically a freshen up Did a good job, price was good, middle ground really, had a few quotes that were higher but settled on them Room looks much brighter and cleaner so pleased with what was done

    Prompt response got the job done

    Darryl and Sarah came back to me on a quoted job I requested and were very responsive. Darryl completed the work promptly and then came back after the weekend to finish the touch up jobs. Very courteous and got the job done!
