  • Rear extension

    Shaun built a single story rear extension which included moving the external and internal plumbing, underfloor heating, large sliding doors and skylights. Shaun was great from start to finish. A very clear quote and clear communication from the start. He worked at a good pace throughout and organised trades (all local and professional) well in advance so there were no delays. All work was done to a good standard. Shaun responded well to requests for changes and was clear on any additional costs. He was friendly, tidy and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend him.

    I have used Shaun twice now, most recently he has built a Shed/Summer house conversion for me to work out of in my garden. I couldn’t be happier, his work is incredible and was completed in good time. Shaun is so helpful with giving his ideas and is brilliant at what he does. Left my garden tidy, and the Cladding he did looks great. I wouldn’t ever use anyone else!

    Shaun managed the entire build of our annexe from start to finish including demolition of our old cart lodge, all ground work, plumbing, and electrical installations, kitchen fitting and fencing. Our annexe is 7m x 5m with one bedroom, bathroom and living/kitchen space, with underfloor heating, air source heat pump and vaulted ceilings. We are absolutely delighted with his work and I have no hesitation recommending him.
