• Leak in roof

  Dennis and his team were very good. I called them the night before with an emergency due to a leak in roof and they were able to visit the very next morning and have assessed and worked out what the issues are and done a good job identifying the source of the leak and resolving this. The team seem a good lot and generally a positive experience.

• Replace roof lining and battens and make new metal and concrete gully

  On the recommendation of a neighbour, we employed Senator Roofing to reline the gullies of our front roof – and then discovered the lining felt needed replacing requiring all the tiles to come off. Roof work with scaffolding is not cheap, but Dennis Harington and his team of 3 produced a superb result. They worked like trojans with the balance of mountain goats. They were also willing to take on ancillary work. Very pleased.
