  Denis and his team were brilliant. They carried out a full Soffit, Facia and guttering replacement and also the replacement of our kitchen extension flat-roof. All work carried out to a very high standard, cannot fault their work at all. Highly recommended.

  We needed an urgent assessment of our roof and a quote for a repair/ replacement. Another contractor had come beforeSenator was recommended to us and quoted for a full replacement without even looking at the roof. Senator Roofing team could not have been more helpful and considered. they took their time to properly asses the situation and quoted for the job that actually needed to be done with a level of professionalism, care, manners and honesty that is rare to find now a days. I can't recommend them more highly.

  Recovering existing flat roof using two layer felt system

  Senator diagnosed the reason for water coming through the ceiling at the top of the house, arranged for scaffolding to be erected and arrived as scheduled to attend to the recovering of the existing flat roof using a two layer felt system. They also repointed the parapet wall and chimney area, and fitted new flashings where necessary. The team completed the work on schedule and provided a photographic and video record of the work they had done. A clear verbal explanation was also given as to what had been done. We also have the peace of mind of a 20yr warranty for the work undertaken.

  New pitched roof and flat roof replacement
