  Requested planting of 30 Laurel bulbs alongside property

  We were given a choice of purchasing one of two types of laurel bulbs to cultivate a hedge alongside a border of our property and were advised the more expensive bulb was a better bet in establishing a hold in the soil. Sadly after 4 months all of the laurel bulbs have decayed and were therefore not fit for purpose. Serene Ponds were contacted for advice but there was no response. In excess of £800 for the project had been paid to Calum of Serene Ponds for the project with no success. He clearly had no competence or experience in this line of work.

  New Duck Pond

  I recently had a duck pond built by Calum, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, Calum was professional, friendly, and clearly takes great pride in his work. He listened carefully to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions to make the design even better. The finished pond looks fantastic — it blends perfectly into the garden and the ducks absolutely love it! The craftsmanship and attention to detail are excellent, and everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. I’d highly recommend Calum to anyone looking for quality landscaping or pond cons

  New deck

  I am repeat client! Calum has just completed installing a curved deck and vegetable planters. His input to the design was much appreciated, the quote reasonable and the standard of work is very good. Recommend.

  A new redesigned Pond

  We had Calum survey to upgrade our pond with new liner and equipment. He was competitive with his quote and started 2 days ago. He marked out and proceeded to up grade and redesign our new pond. He worked tirelessly, during some torrential rain and within two days we had a full working pond with a new pump and filter and TW0 waterfalls . We were beyond delighted with his designs and workmanship. We would thoroughly recommend Serene Ponds and Landscapes.

  New fish pond

  Calum did a fantastic job on replacing my old pond with a new one, the majority of it all on his own! The pond design and construction is perfect and the fish love the new expanse of water! Pond size is 3m x 5m x 0.8m deep. Highly recommended!
