Excellent service as ever
Very happy with my annual boiler service. Simon contacted me with a reminder that the service was due and, on the day, kept me fully updated with his ETA. Simon always treats my home with respect and is a pleasure to deal with. On this occasion, my boiler needed a new part, and Simon made sure that I understood and was happy with the need for the replacement, plus the associated cost. To get hot water working and also to get the underfloor heating working, later to configure it.
