Carpet fitting
Had a lengthy communication during the quotation process but received limited information on the specifications of the carpet. There was no visit to take measurements and the order was based of a floor plan which was slightly inaccurate resulting in some patchy work in certain areas. Overall, the work in the upstairs bedroom was nicely done but the stairs have been a big disappointment. Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. The quotation and carpet order were based on the floor plan provided, as no measuring visit was requested. When our fitters arrived, they found the layout differed from the plan but worked hard to complete the installation. The work was completed, accepted and paid for in full on 13 April 2026, with no concerns raised at the time. Had we been made aware of any issues, we would have been more than happy to inspect them and work towards a resolution. Thank you!
