  Would not use again

  Would never use this company again. They took the waste but gave a quote on the driveway and when I came to pay they had added VAT which they did not mention before. When I queried it I was told not to make a scene! They became aggressive when I said it was not made clear. No joy from the office either. Gaslighted and made to feel really uncomfortable. No answer back from complaint. Would not use again.

  Highly recommended. Professional and affordable.

  Shift it Waste have collected items from us twice recently. They are very prompt to collect, professional and friendly, polite and helpful. Their prices are very fair. I recommend them.

  This is a professional and efficient company who get the job done with minimal fuss.

  Provided a very fast and competitive quote to perform a house clearance. Were then flexible on dates and times to fit with our availability. Undertook a very fast, professional and comprehensive house clearance with minimal fuss or mess. Highly professional employees who were very polite and helpful. We are very pleased with how easy they made the whole process and would definitely employ them again or recommend to anyone looking for a company to undertake this work.

  'Shift IT' to the rescue!

  No advance warning of new bed delivery which suddenly arrived - and no room to store old one. 'Shift IT' to the rescue - arrived immediately after phone call to shift the old double bed - problem solved without delay/hassle - thank you!
