  unbelievable job completed 2 days ealry

  they had a massive task to clear a large 5 bedroom house of all furniture contents , 20 x 1 ton sacks of burnt books , debris and other amassed associated waste following a house fire in January 2025. i thought it was a 3 day job but Mark and the shift it boys did it all by 5pm ( started at 8.30pm) - This was in 80 degree heat to boot - well done all the guys epic job

  Great Job Done!

  They did a great job of empting two rooms from very bad tenants who left a lot of rubbish. Very quick to come and see it and removed it that day all in a matter of hours, no problems at all, John and all his team were polite and respectful. I would use them again, a fare price for what was removed, it would of taken me all week. Thank you again. Carey

  Would not use again

  Would never use this company again. They took the waste but gave a quote on the driveway and when I came to pay they had added VAT which they did not mention before. When I queried it I was told not to make a scene! They became aggressive when I said it was not made clear. No joy from the office either. Gaslighted and made to feel really uncomfortable. No answer back from complaint. Would not use again.

  Hi Melanie Thanks for your feedback. But what you have put in your review is false. All our prices are +VAT, this is how its advertised, you were told when you booked in, and told on site when our team quoted you that it was also +VAT. Our team did not become aggressive on site, as when you say this occurred I was on the phone to them and they did not interact with you. You then called whilst I was on the phone to them, which I ended to answer. That is when you told me this lie as if I had not been literally speaking to them. If you did not lie to me you would have had a favourable outcome.

  This is a professional and efficient company who get the job done with minimal fuss.

  Provided a very fast and competitive quote to perform a house clearance. Were then flexible on dates and times to fit with our availability. Undertook a very fast, professional and comprehensive house clearance with minimal fuss or mess. Highly professional employees who were very polite and helpful. We are very pleased with how easy they made the whole process and would definitely employ them again or recommend to anyone looking for a company to undertake this work.
