  Outstanding short-notice service – saved the day twice.

  Highly recommend SHM Plumbing And Heating Ltd. Sam came out at short notice on two separate occasions to fix leaks in my flat in Reading. Both times, they were prompt, professional, and sorted the problem quickly. Fantastic, reliable service when you need it most—will definitely use them again.

  I got several quotes for a new hot water tank, not a small expense, and this was the most reasonable. On top of that, Sam and his colleague were efficient, friendly, and he called in the evening to make sure everything was working fine. Good service doesn't come as standard these days, so that was much appreciated. Recommended

  A reliable plumber

  We were looking for a plumber to replace our leaking kitchen tap. Sam was the only plumber who returned our call. Sam supplied a tap within our budget and fitted it. We were very happy with the completed job. We called Sam in to discuss the fitting of a new cloakroom suite. We had a rough idea of what was required but he suggested some links to a bathroom supplier. We liked the product and placed an order. Sam de-commissioned the old suite so we had time to re-decorate and lay a new floor before he fitted the new suite. We are very pleased with the completed job.
