Cuts corners - incomplete service paid in full
AVOIDBooked a boiler service and gas safety certificate. Paid in advance. The boiler passed the safety inspection. The engineer did not carry oit and a full service as per manufacturer guidelines although this was contractually agreed. The engineer did not check ph of system and did not check or bleed any radiators. Job lasted 10 minutes . Rush job cut corners- incomplete service jeopardising boiler functioning long term. Gas check
Gas check was fine however the next day My heating was coming on every time I turned my water on. When I phoned them I spoke to the senior engineer. I Explained the issue and I was not happy with him as he started talking to me like I was an idiot and talking at me. I found out that the diverter Valve had failed by myself and will get it changed. I was simply looking to ask the question to what they had done as it failed within 12 hours of the visit. Fixed leaking radiator and carried out a brilliant boiler service.
