  Undertaking work some other plumbers avoid

  I called into Simon Turner showroom to discuss replacing my old leaking hot cistern. Talking over the work with Simon personally and showing him the photographs and documented info for a like for like swap out for a new Telford cistern he said l would receive a quote within a few days. True to form, two working days later l received a really competitive price for the work. Two weeks later the work was completed on target and to my satisfaction with minimum fuss, even with extra unforeseen work to install. I can fully recommend this company for the professional service and quality of work.

  3 Shower rooms reworked.

  We are very pleased with our new shower rooms which were reworked and improved. From the show room to the fitters we are very impressed with the service received. The job was completed in 2 weeks and at each stage of the build we were consulted for our preferences and nothing seemed too much trouble. We will willing recommend Simon Turner Plumbing and Heating.

  Went on Checkatrade for a company to price for a solid fuel pipe work and as yet still no contact from them yet.

  Fireplace finished following removal by myself and new wood burner fitted

  Absolutely spot on from start to finish. No hassle, free estimate and options given. Darren and Steve, our two fitters were courtious, friendly and very professional. Very very pleased with the finished article!

  New bathroom and new toilet room

  Work by employees was good. However after a week we found the toilet bowl was cracked. May have been there from outset as I don't often lift seat or may be inherent fault leading to cracking on use. Reported with photo on 9 November. Since then have phoned several times, calls never returned, constantly fobbed off when we phone and actually get to speak to Simon with unbelievable excuses. If they can't get a replacement toilet, they would be unable to do any bathroom work , which I find unbelievable. Am qualified in consumer law so know how to proceed but would like resolved sooner than...

  I would like to respond to this review as it was sorted almost imminently and she was left happy. She also emailed to say she has requested for the review to be taken down, which has not happened as of yet. I would like to empathise this so other potential customers do not think we left a customer unhappy/ disappointed.
