Fit new radiators and new boiler. Look at shower
1 Unreliable 3 day job took 17 days. Never kept to time 2 Incompetent did a lot of damage taking out radiators. Needed rooms redecorated. Large hole in bathroom wall .Totally unnecessary and not repaired. Wrong pipes fitted to cope with mains water which should have been checked. Resulting I more leaks and emergency plumber called out. 3 Unprofessional offered me money off bill to give good review on CheckaTrade. 4 Untrustworthy Told many lies and blamed previous plumber of shoddy work. Why had this all been working before? 5 Unscrupulous recommended a decorator who was also unreliable and took money for services he did not provide. 6 Money grabbing charged me emergency call out when called to put right a problem they had caused leading to me having to leave my home.Verified reviewerJob location: TQ410 Posted 24 May 2020
New kitchen tap, supplied and fitted.
I called Steven and got an instant reply, he quoted me within minutes and booked me in with my own 1hr window of when he would be able to carry out the work. He arrived on time, pleasant, polite and professional A+++Verified reviewerJob location: TQ110 Posted 20 May 2020
Fixed two toilets, installed a new electric shower and fitted a new kitchen tap
They selected a shower appropriate for my requirements, and organised an electrician to help who was also excellent. They went the extra mile to ensure the work was of a high standard, even though they were very busy.Verified reviewerJob location: TQ39.25 Posted 01 March 2020

Bathroom
Cupboard under washbasin in bathroom leaking. Tap plunger not working. Hole left around tap consequently flooding underneath. Turned heating off and not working after...another company had to be called to fix heating and another trader had to be employed to fix washbasin.A case of took the money and ranVerified reviewerJob location: TQ2Response from SJB Plumbing & Heating Services
We had to take out an old toilet basin and install a new supplied vanity unit and to install a new towel rail heater and magna clean filter. At the time of the installation I brought to the attention of the owners daughter the “cheap” DIY tap was of poor quality and that the tap base holder had “crippled”/bent under pressure and this was highlighted, this would not have given a true holding of the tap to the basin. The day after the completion a call was made to ourselves that they had no heating, we turned up to find that the boiler pressure was down to zero and there were no obvious leaks and we guessed this was down to us draining the heating system to install the new towel radiator and magna clean filter and filling he system back up with water. We were not made aware of ANY other problems at the time and we assumed everything was ok, leaving a feedback card because the customer was happy with work completed. We have tried to contact the customer to try and resolve any issues and giving a refund if needed but they have flatly refused to co-operate.
