    Brilliant from start to finish. The initial appointment was very helpful, the advisor took time to explain pros and cons of different approaches (full replacement vs replacement sash etc.) and provided multiple quotes to help consider. Installation began and finished on time, the 3 members of the installation team were all brilliant, especially Rob who took time to explain what they had done at the end of each day, plans for the next day etc. A couple of minor issues such as a faulty door lock were identified by the team, explained and resolved quickly.

  • Poor quality finish and fitting of French Doors

    Fitted incorrectly in December 2023 with wrong handles, exterior sill, hinges, no insulating, Handles were corrected, with blame of human error and customer timeframe. Handles difficult to close, advised PM who was threatening in his tone via WhatsApp regarding payment. In April, doors hitting off each other when closing. In July, handle broke, locked out of house. Requested paperwork and warranty of work - never heard back from the PM. Requested a call back re ongoing issues, still waiting for a call.

    We just had two sash windows replaced. The work looks good, the wall around the window is nice and tidy - required a small amount of touching up, but to be expected when you rip a whole window out! Obviously it's early days but the quality is good, the work has been registered with FENSA. The admin process was smooth and there was a lot of communication so I could be sure I was happy.
