Top notch plumbers
This company went above and beyond to help my elderly parents when the shower in their en-suite cracked and water flooded every where and soaked the bedroom carpet, a chap came round the same day to assess the problem, a new shower unit was needed, this was got the next day and there was no hanging around waiting, everything was put in and connected up, there were a few problems along the way but sorted without any fuss, an electrician checked everything over, the men were so lovely too, very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, I highly recommend this company every timeVerified reviewerJob location: TN3810 Air Source Heat Pump Servicing / Repair - ASHP

Troubleshoot ASHP tripping main circuit
Engineer Patrick came out and performed an initial assessment checking the basics. He then spoke with Joule and was then able to identify several possible causes. A replacement part is required so another visit necessary, but I now have hot water as the trigger for tripping the circuit identified, with a good workaround in place. The job is not complete, however I am confident the team will resolve the underlying issue. A great experience from the S J Feist & Co. A quiet excellent worker
