Bathroom renovation
Our experience was disappointing. The project began well, with the team seeming thorough and detail-oriented, but quality declined as work progressed. The project manager, Sam, appeared stressed, dismissed concerns, and blamed us. Before Christmas, the team rushed, leaving scratches on our high-quality Italian gloss tiles. One worker did a perfect job below the bath, but another caused extensive damage above it. Mediation found in our favor, but they refused to fix it. If things go wrong, they lack professionalism. We cannot recommend them.

I have checked. However, we must clarify that the scratches on the Italian gloss tiles are not due to our workmanship. As these tiles are highly delicate, it was your responsibility to provide proper gloss protection. Additionally, the £1300 deduction from the invoice was made without our approval and is not acceptable. We kindly request that this matter be resolved promptly. We strive to deliver quality work and fairness, and we hope this clears up any misunderstandings
