  From start to finish the project ran seamlessly, which was all credit to Ashley and his fellow colleague Billy, who were a delight to have appointed. Communication of process and subsequent explanation of operation was made all the more intelligible because of the detailed knowledge and passion with which we were put at ease with the transition. I would have no hesitation on recommending Smart Home Heating, certainly the best of this profession that I have come across.

  Boiler replacement

  New boiler inserted, from checking the job out, through correspondence and actual work, have dealt with a very friendly, competent efficient and professional engineer. Explaining what he was doing through the procedure, going over the operation of the new boiler, and carrying out the work without disruption and leaving everywhere clean and tidy.

  Exceptional

  Ashley and his team at Smart Home Heating are exceptional. His knowledge of the latest regulations helped identify an incorrectly installed boiler flue, allowing us to get it replaced at no cost. Ashley is thorough in his checks and always recommends what’s best for the customer, never upselling. He even starts early to travel further out to us because he’s the only heating engineer we fully trust. He’s friendly and personable, and despite not seeing us for a year, he immediately noticed our new puppy, showing he values genuine client relationships. Highly recommended!

  Smart Thermostat installation

  What a brilliant company! An all round great experience, fantastic customer service. Ashley and Billy attended my house to install a Hive Thermostat. Very polite, tidy and knowledgable. Ashley was so helpful taking the time and effort to explain the installation and how the system works using the phone app. It’s so rare these days to find a professional tradesperson to take the time to explain every detail. The price paid was extremely competitive. Well done guys keep up the good work and you will go far!

  Installation of Radiators

  Ashley installed 3 new radiators and all associated pipe work. Ashley was very professional, polite and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. All work was carried out to a great standard.

  Replacement of radiators and pipework

  Following the failure of an outdated system, all radiators and pipework had to be replaced. Smart Home Heating provided the most detailed estimate at a competitive price. After taking detailed measurements of each room, Ashley took time to explain everything to me. The job was completed exactly within the time frame booked and took less time to complete than expected. I am embarrassed to say that the carpets were probably cleaner when they left that when they arrived! I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Home Heating, a highly professional and friendly service.
