  Flat garage roof replacement.

  We needed a full garage roof replacement, Sean was totally professional, and clear with written instructions and survey . He and his team , showed up when promised . Stripped old roof and disposed of it . Work carried out was done to a high standard , Clean , tidy , with minimal noise . Unexpected additional brickwork was needed . This was also carried out to a high standard. Great team , would highly recommend. Maria lavender.

  Lovely job

  Really happy with the work carried out to my garage roof by Sean and his team. Everything completed very professionally, work was tidy and they cleaned up after themselves well, good communication throughout and a very friendly bunch.

  Roofing repairs

  We used Smiths Property Services for some roof repairs on our previous house, and had a really good experience so didn't hesitate to bring them in to help with some repairs on our new house after we moved. Sean has always checked the job out properly, talked us through the problem and the options, showing a really good knowledge of his trade, helping us choose the best solution for us. The work has been carried out promptly (weather permitting) to a high standard and always left clear and tidy afterwards. Would thoroughly recommend.

  Replacing roof with existing tiles and ancillary works.

  Smiths Property Improvements recently finished a roof replacement at our property in Littlebourne and created a very favourable impression. Sean initially carried out a very thorough external and loft survey before providing a detailed estimate. He was clear that barring any unforeseen issues this quote would not be increased without a pre agreed discussion. He was as good as his word, the work was carried out to a high standard including cleaning and waste removal. The wet and windy weather didn’t help but we were kept informed and are very pleased with the roof and fascia work. Many thanks.

  Full roof replacement

  Sean and the boys have been so solid. Sean quoted the work clearly and spoke in plain English, he also really paid attention to what we wanted (styles, colours, etc) and factored this in. He was almost spot on with his quote price despite some additional work needed to be done on the chimney. Sean and the lads were a pleasure to have on site and were tidy, polite, and a bit of a laugh. The work has been finished immaculately and the roof looks fantastic. Any issues were clearly communicated and "extra" costs managed extremely well. Sean was very proactive in finalising the snagging list
