  Professional from start to finish. Highly recommended.

  Having been let down by "gardeners" in the past, poor Shannon probably got the third degree from me! It soon became clear she knew exactly what she was talking about. She assessed the job, priced it very fairly and explained the difference between one person tackling it or bringing in her team. I chose the team and I'm so glad I did. My small patch of garden has been transformed. They cleared the weeds, improved the soil, planted new shrubs and flowers, then left everything spotless. I missed the garden so much last year - Shannon and her team have brought it back to life!

  Hard working

  Shannon and her team were amazing! They cleared our jungle in just a couple of visits and did everything we asked. They worked in the really hot weather as well. I would highly recommend them.

  Total garden clearance

  The team spent two days clearing the garden of weeds and brambles, cutting back shrubs and bushes and even removing an enormous pampas grass. It was two massive shifts and their hard work has made such a big difference. I’m now looking forward to the ongoing maintenance visits and to slowly transforming the space over time!

  Do not use!

  Sadly, for the first time in 20 odd years of using (often on repeated basis) Checkatrade contractors, I have to leave a negative review. Shannon visited and we agreed, end April: 3 hrs work on a Wednesday, every other week, plus cost and the cutting per visit. Then she immediately changed the day to Monday (okay, that could still work re bin collection day.) Next, they didn't have any electric hedge trimmers, a rake, ladder etc, so I had to make mine available. Then, repeated re-scheduling during the day they were due to attend. And no way 3 hrs work when they did. So many excuses. Gave up!

  Thank you, Frances. You were happy enough with our work and length of visit to invite us back four times, and we brought our own trimmers, rake and ladder each time (though we were happy to use yours alongside ours when offered). As explained about rescheduling our last visit, we’re very in demand and when working in the sun in a heatwave taking staff wellbeing seriously means a last-minute change is sometimes unavoidable. We made sure to offer you a new date 7 days from original. It’s been a pleasure working with you these past couple of months and we wish you all the best for the future.
