We hired Snug Services to fix a leak in our house that was impossible to get to on our own and to replace some isolation valves. Carwyn came out on the same day to fix it. He not only solved the leaking issues, but also made sure the work we tried to do by ourselves was done properly. I’d definitely recommend Snug Services. Carwyn was fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him (we've booked him in for some other jobs!). He is punctual, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I know next to nothing about plumbing, but Carwyn explained what he could/would do in a way that didn't feel patronising. Job location: GU21I was very happy with how professional the team were. They came out the next morning after I called in a panic with no heating or hot water. I thought it would be a really expensive job, but he managed to fix it quickly and the price was reasonable. He was also very clean when working and left everything tidy! On the day of the repair after 10 minutes the first plumber realised he needed to order a part so will need to do so and left. This was fine. The second plumber came the next day and installed the part. The invoice came to £258 for a leaking toilet. None of the pricing was discussed beforehand. All that was fine the issue was they were trying to charge me both for the call out charge AND also the hourly rate for the first plumber who couldn't fix the toilet! They then threatened debt collector if I didn’t pay for the time they spent NOT able to fix the toilet.Verified reviewerJob location: RG41
