Very friendly and professional, would definitely recommend to others!
When my boiler stopped working I struggled to find someone who would be available at such short notice. Carwyn arrived the same evening that I called which was amazing! He was so friendly and professional. I don’t know much about boilers, so he explained everything to me which was great. Very polite, clean and impressed

Great service
I called Snug for an emergency boiler repair in Godalming and they were fantastic. Managed to squeeze me into their very busy day, identified the problem quickly, ordered the relevant parts, and fixed it all the next day. Very nice guys too with excellent customer service.
