  Nathan explained everything very clearly, gave us good info and offered a great deal. Nathan also installed our water softener, added an extra shelf in the area and was also able to fix a small existing plumbing problem. Clean and tidy work. Punctual and courteous.   From Paul's first visit, through Della's installation to Nathan reattending to make a change, as we requested.....all was smooth, communication was excellent, as was the work. All was done in excellent time. We are very happy with our soft water. We can see the difference with the washing of clothes, cutlery....and our own showering, on our skin and hair. We have been very impressed and grateful for the work that Soft Touch Water have done (even my husband, who was sceptical, is impressed with the change in his clothes!). We would thoroughly recommend this company from our experience!

  Paul explained everything that would be done at installation and how a water softener works. The work was done a week later by Della who was prompt, businesslike, thorough and cleared up after the installation was completed. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

• Fitting of new water softener

  Excellent job, extremely pleased. Della arrived bang on time. No mess to clear up after she finished. The softener was fitted in my garage, so I lost no space from my kitchen cupboards at all. She ran the pipework under the kitchen cupboards and then out into the garage and back. Both of my sons are plumbers and one of them came to my house a few hours after Della finished. I still had the kick boards off and he got down to inspect the work. He then got up, stuck his hands in his pockets, nodded and said "Nice job!", which is about the best compliment a fellow trade will ever give.

  We couldn’t be any happier with the whole experience with Soft Touch. Paul measured up and explained fully all the pros of having a water softener. The installation was carried out a couple of weeks later and the quality of workmanship by Della the plumber is outstanding. She fully explained how the system works and was all complete in a few hours. You would not have known she had been there. We had soft water throughout the whole house within a day or so and you can immediately notice the difference. No more limescale and the water tastes amazing. Highly recommend Soft Touch

  We have been looking at getting a water softener installed in the house for ages. Nathan came and discussed everything with us gave us the different options and pros and cons. We went for the filtered water tap as well. Della was brilliant. Arrived on time and was very neat and tidy. Really happy with the service we received. After care from Paul keeping us updated and checking everything was ok and reminding us of a few things Nathan told us but may have forgotten ha ha.
