Great company
Great company from start to finish. Paul brought a softener with him on his initial visit so we could see where it would fit. He was great at explaining how everything worked and answered all of our questions. Richard, the fitter, was also great. Nothing was too much trouble for him. A great family run company, that I would recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: ME1910 Water Softeners

Still using them after 25 years
Very professional and thorough. The installer went 110%. We used them at our last property and had no hesitation in using them again at our new home. Very friendly and helpful.Verified reviewerJob location: ME1710 Household Water Treatment

Excellent service
The initial appointment with Paul was very friendly and most informative and clearly explained the benefits. Installation was professionally carried out, Della was very neat and tidy and again very friendly and professional. Cannot fault the whole process from beginning to end.Verified reviewerJob location: ME1710 Water Softeners

Seamless service from survey to installation
From start to finish Soft Touch Water Softeners made the whole process very simple, and provided a lot of information. My installation was a little more complex than normal but the installer handled it perfectly and the final result was exactly as planned on the first survey visit. I would highly recommend Soft Touch to anyone thinking about getting a water softener.Verified reviewerJob location: CT610 Water Softeners
