Knowledgeable and professional

Excellent water softener and boiling tap installation
Steve did an excellent job installing a Kinetico water softener and a Qettle boiling and filtered water tap. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. Steve came to quote for our water softener and explained all the options. He gave a very good quote and came to install a week later. He worked quickly and efficiently, tidied up all the mess and explained how to use the system. We began with a home visit to check out options and was given clear info on pros and cons of different models and different price points, all very clear. The water softener was being installed mid-renovation but instillation was easy enough with this gentleman going the extra mile (and then a few more extra miles) to get us sorted.
