  Deep clean of a large very dirty house

  Contracted this company to deep clean my parents’ neglected house. I was told it would be “2 people” at “£30 per hour,” which I reasonably understood as £30 total. They viewed the property beforehand but still underestimated the time needed. Midway through, they asked to return the next day or bring their children while working, which felt unprofessional. After 10.5 hours, parts of the house remained untouched. I was then told the rate was actually £30 per person per hour (£60 total), resulting in a £670 bill + materials. Good cleaning upstairs, but poor communication and pricing transparency

  Five Star Service!

  Elohor did an absolutely incredible job on our home deep clean. I genuinely don't think the house has ever been this clean, including when we moved in! The oven door glass is like a mirror, the window tracks have been cleaned for the first time in years, the bathroom is spotless, and they even emptied cupboards to clean inside them. Elohor was professional, thorough, and completely initiative-led, which is exactly what you want from a cleaner. She clearly takes real pride in her work and the results speak for themselves! Will be booking regular monthly cleans going forward!
