    Reliable, high quality, prompt communication

    Sokleen were very prompt to respond to my request for a last minute deep clean. They completed the work which included an oven clean to immaculate standards. Everything was spotless and the oven was probably cleaner than it was when new. Bathrooms were sparkling and I asked if they could try to remove some stains from the carpet which they did. Very friendly, reliable and clean to a high standard. If I was remaining in the area I would definitely use Sokleen more often. Thank you so much.

    Deep clean of a large very dirty house

    Contracted this company to deep clean my parents’ neglected house. I was told it would be “2 people” at “£30 per hour,” which I reasonably understood as £30 total. They viewed the property beforehand but still underestimated the time needed. Midway through, they asked to return the next day or bring their children while working, which felt unprofessional. After 10.5 hours, parts of the house remained untouched. I was then told the rate was actually £30 per person per hour (£60 total), resulting in a £670 bill + materials. Good cleaning upstairs, but poor communication and pricing transparency

    Five Star Service!

    Elohor did an absolutely incredible job on our home deep clean. I genuinely don't think the house has ever been this clean, including when we moved in! The oven door glass is like a mirror, the window tracks have been cleaned for the first time in years, the bathroom is spotless, and they even emptied cupboards to clean inside them. Elohor was professional, thorough, and completely initiative-led, which is exactly what you want from a cleaner. She clearly takes real pride in her work and the results speak for themselves! Will be booking regular monthly cleans going forward!

    Elohor did an amazing job deep cleaning the house. She was very meticulous and made sure every corner was spotless. The house feels completely refreshed. I’m very impressed with her work and would definitely recommend her service.
