Efficient, professional service.
Very efficient service. A Disappointing Experience
The engineer arrived on the appointed day and carried out the work that I had requested. However he came across as being arrogant and dismissive. He also modified my solar hot water system without consulting me. Contacted them through Checkatrade as could not find anyone local who could do the work required. Their customer services were excellent was able to get a suitable appointment, Steve came today and serviced the solar thermal and replaced a broken part within an hour.
