Removal of old solar heating system
The 2 guys arrived and explained what they were going to do. They worked diligently removing two solar panels from the roof and the associated equipment from the loft. Everything was removed from site. Guys were very professional and answered all the questions asked of them. Awful
I hate slating a niche company and I concede they may offer great service to others, however we found them to be mercenary, ill informed, and unhelpful. Dear Mr Gaten As per our emails, we are sorry you found the service poor! Unfortunately we cannot make your solar PV generate more than it is designed to do. As the engineer explained the system is old and not capable of producing more power than it is designed to without upgrading.
