The operative came at the time promised and replaced the faulty pump of a hot water solar system . It entailed working in the loft on a hot day which could not have been pleasant but he was very helpful throughout. It must have been successful as we have had lots of hot water ever since .

They were prompt in organising a plumber as other companies would have taken twice as long. They were clear in their estimates so no big surprises .

I was quoted £245 for a service of my solar heating system. After the job was finished I was given a bill for an additional £240 for the drain and refill of the system. I had not asked for a breakdown of what was included so naturally assumed that the work being done was part of the service. Note that the only way to know if the system needs filling is to drain it and even if it had been full, would you really put the old fluid back in? Looks like they probably do this every time and then hide behind the, “may be a charge for fluid”. No maybe about it.

Very good, carried out a service for us. Slight confusion with the appointment time but sorted in the end. A very friendly and helpful technician who went beyond the minimum required.
