    I was quoted £245 for a service of my solar heating system. After the job was finished I was given a bill for an additional £240 for the drain and refill of the system. I had not asked for a breakdown of what was included so naturally assumed that the work being done was part of the service. Note that the only way to know if the system needs filling is to drain it and even if it had been full, would you really put the old fluid back in? Looks like they probably do this every time and then hide behind the, “may be a charge for fluid”. No maybe about it.

    Skilled, efficient and professional.

    The engineer came on time to find out why the solar heating was not working. There ws a faulty vessel that was holding all the glycol. He went out to procure a new vessel, fitted it and replenished the glycol . IT all took just over an hour and the system was working . This ws a a very professional operation and I would reccoment thos company.
