Helped me to understand what the issues might be. Checked every aspect thoroughly and diagnosed the issues. Corrected the fault, so now all is doing well. Job location: SO32Simon was outstanding!! I called him and he came out the next day. He was on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He fixed everything which needed fixing for my Grandma and explained to us exactly what was wrong and what he did to fix it. My grandma is completely lost without her phone and I’m so grateful he got it all working for her. Nothing was too much trouble and we would 100% use him and this company again. A big thank you! Hello, I’m Simon, I own and run Solent Telecom and have over 35 years telecoms industry experience. All aspects of Telecoms and Data networking are covered for residential and business customers. My aim is to provide a professional service, delivered in a friendly and efficient manner.
Installing Wi-Fi solutions, extending internet to additional rooms and combatting the frustrating issue of Wi-Fi black spots is a regular request. Good Wi-Fi coverage can be achieved in most types of building using Access Points or a Mesh System.
