Brilliant service and support
Being of a “certain age” (late 70s) and not confident with computers, having my emails hacked and an ailing computer was a disaster. A telephone call to Solent Way Computers and a reassuring voice was what I wanted. Some days later I had a new computer, new monitor and the data had been recovered and installed on the new machine. Everything was clearly explained but not in a condescending way and a follow up online support session means that I have a new computer which I am able to use. Home Computer Upgrade.
I was long overdue for my computer upgrade, and not having a clue how to go about it called upon this company, and so glad l did. Very grateful for their extensive knowledge and advice. Marvellous!!!!
I had a computer breakdown that required a rebuild and could not get good internet reception within my home. Tyler sorted out both problems so everything runs better than ever. Gave good practical advice (I am IT defunct so it was a breath of fresh air) and sorted the frustration of things not working properly. Well done Solent Computers.
