Toilet was broken and continued to flow after flushing

Fitted a new siphon to the toilet but the work wasn’t carried out correctly and caused a leak in the flat below. He returned the day after, but this still didn’t fix the leak. Eventually it was fixed at a third attempt, but it had already caused damage to the flat below. Not a great experience. Communication was good, and he did come out as soon as he knew there was a leak, so it could have just been a bad day.

New bath tap supplied and installed. Bath revealed. It was a very tight space and not an easy job.

Very happy with my new tap and reseal. Would definitely recommend SO Plumbing and would use them again in the future. First photo is new tap and second is the before.
