  AVOID this company.

  Bought new boiler from south cty heating., fitter broke base of cupbaord and tile on adjacent wall. New boiler makes 'gurgling' and 'puffing' noises. Liinton is totally disinterested. Liinton's cost was under GBP1500, Linton charged me GBP4890. Threatened me with court trial but refuses to give me court address, time and date of hearing! Recommend avoid this company at all costs.

  Great Fast Service - South City Heating

  We had Earl from South City Heating come out to our property at short notice to repair a gas leak, and the service was excellent. He quickly identified and fixed the issue, fitted a new gas isolation tap, and also helped with a few additional requirements while he was here. Earl was professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable throughout. I would definitely recommend Earl and South City Heating for any heating work in your home. Thank You Martin Davis

  Avoid this company like the plague

  During the work, the fitter broke off the base of the cabinet in which the boiler was sited, and in the process also broke a tile on the adjacent wall. Since fitment, the new boiler has made a number of mysterious noises meaning SOMETHING is wrong with the system which linton claims to have power flushed to prevent. But did not prevent, nor were they present with the old boiler. All this has been brought to linton’s attention. He has shown an attitude of utter disdain and shown no intention of rectifying the problem. After instalment I did my research and found that the replacement boiler an

  Thank you for your feedback. I have read your feedback thoroughly. We care about our clients and do everything to ensure they are happy. Boiler replacement, power flush, mag filter and repair the faulty tank in your loft, along with 5 years free servicing. I also advised that 2 tiles would have to be removed to fit the new magnetic filter in. You agreed and asked us to proceed. After the install we met 2 days later. Your words were, “I am very happy with the new boiler and your work”. I checked the system, ran through the controls and left the warranty papers.

  New boiler installation

  Earl installed a new boiler for us. He was able to come and complete the job promptly and kept me very well informed about the job both before and during the installation. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the job and I am very happy with his level of service. Great, fast service, I would definitely recommend him!
