toilet cistern would not stop filling with water. I contacted Joe and he gave me a timeline of a few hrs, but actually turned up within 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed on what he what he was doing and what the issue was. He replaced the part and toilet is working fine. would highly recommend

Very quick response once job was submitted. Arrived on time, suggested a replacement as the current shower mixer couldn't be fixed. Ordered a replacement for us and arranged a day to come back and fit it. All good thank you, great service.

Called the number in the middle of the night, and 12 minutes later Joe arrived, VERY nice guy, really friendly clean and professional, my hot water tank decided to leak in the middle of the night with water dripping through the ceiling, Joe turned off the water and drained the tank so it would stop dripping, new tank needed, Would definitely recommend Joe and South East Plumbing,
