  Five star company to deal with.

  I recently had a solar system installed in my house by this company, The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. Billy first of all did a search to find out if my roof was suitable for panels next day he came to do a site inspection to measure the roof to find out how many panels would fit on the roof which happened to be 14. He gave a quote straight away which I was very happy with and arranged a date to install the system. Two weeks later it was installed all in one day. All the work was carried out to an extremely high standard I am so pleased with the finished job. Billy 👍

  Couldn’t be happier from quotation to completed work , We were talked through every step of our solar installation and EV charger . All work carried out to a high standard no mess wouldn’t of known they had been , I can highly recommend these guys and will defiantly be my first choice again for any electrical work

  Excellent solar panel service

  My solar panels stopped working, and I phoned Southern Solar and Electrical Dorset LTD. Billy came round later the same day on his way back from another job. He diagnosed a broken Invertor (12 years old). A week later he fitted a new invertor, converted our solar panels to comply with it, and cleaned the system. Throughout the process he was polite and kept us fully informed. He explained the working of the SolarXcloud app. and even contacted us after the installation to confirm all was working well. I can strongly recommend his work

  Had panels fitted a couple of years back by Billy Sweeney The password for the control panel needed to be re entered as we changed our internet. Called Billy to ask how we do it as instructions were a bit confusing. He came round next day to do it for us. What a fabulous chap you couldn’t meet a nicer fella. We decided we wanted 4 more panels so he came to fit them within a couple of weeks on 14th June doing the job within a few hours. Turned up exactly on time and were so professional. You really couldn’t meet nicer service providers. Highly recommend Billy and his team. They are brilliant!

  We had new internet installed our solar app didn’t work

  We had new internet installed our solar app stopped working. Called solar provider Glow Green all they did was send email with instruction to reset password. Not easy to follow. Called Billy Sweeney who was the contractor who fitted the solar panels for Glow Green. Hoping he could help in some way. Without hesitation he said he would come and help us even though he works for his own company Southern Solar & Electricals. You couldn’t wish to meet a nicer more amiable young man. Talk about customer care. He went extra mile without question popped in and fixed for us. First class chap & Company
