Ilyos was super reliable. His communication was clear and came to work on the decided time. Their rates are very reasonable as well compared to other plumbing services in Cambridge. SpeedFix picked up the job post very quickly and turned up in an hour. Worked hard for 2 hours with his son and tried everything. Unfortunately it turned out the issue is neighbourhood wide and reinforcements may be needed. Thanks to his investigation we've identified other neighbours' issue and what next steps to take. The plumber arrived on time, explained everything in a way I could understand, and fixed the leak efficiently. No mess, no fuss, and the price was very fair.
