Quick and efficient
The repair to our washing machine was carried out the next day. Scott, the engineer, was friendly and knowledgeable and did the repair quickly. Very satisfied. The only downside was the initial contact with the AI assistant that couldn’t match the day of the week with the date correctly. Washing machine kept stopping during cycle and was then making loud clunky noises.
The lady on the phone was very efficient and informative about how the fallout worked. The engineer arrived on time and during the quoted hours. He called ahead first and gave a more accurate ETA. When he arrived he asked lots of questions about the problems and then got to it. He diagnosed the problem and quoted the replacement part needed which he had in his van so we didn’t have to wait and he fitted it straight away.
