  Poor service executed by their technician

  The Tech who came to replace a laundry unit was careless at executing the job. 1) by miracle he did not make a dent in the wooden floor by dropping violently the old unit onto the trolley. 2) He entered my house without protecting his shoes and couldn’t even care. 3) he left screws and parts aside of the wooden board that needed to be fit in (a built-in unit to be placed in a kitchen cabinet). 4) But the ding of the cherry was that he left the cardboard box and polystyrene of the new unit “hidden” under the staircase of the building as garbage which led to a formal complaint by neighbours!

  1- He did not damage the floor, 2- shoe coverings can be dangerous to work in as they are slippery, 3- All parts were fitted and pics taken to confirm. Extra screws were not needed. 4- He did leave cardboard by mistake so we do apologize for that.

  Repairing Washing Machine

  Excellent! Came the next day and let me know when they’d be arriving. Had the part on them and all fixed and working within the hour. Ashley was great and I would definitely recommend this service.

  The fitting of the element was no problem engineer was perfectly friendly. however we were not told the oven needed to be run for half an hour on a very high heat to burn off the new element, and every time we use the oven now it shakes, my partner has pushed it back further but it's not quite right, there is black soot all inside

  Ashley arrived on Saturday well within the timings we were given. He was efficient, polite and although he concluded our machine was beyond economical repair, he spent a good while trying to fix it for us - thank you very much Ashley and also Jamie who I spoke to when I first called. Excellent service.

  Element replacement

  Phil Essex came out to replace the blown element in my oven, he was polite, pleasant and very efficient. would not hesitate to use Spin Doctors again.

  Jamie attended my flat to assess/diagnose and repair my oven. He was brilliant. Firstly, he was polite and punctual. He accurately diagnosed the issue as a faulty thermostat-the office ordered the two parts same day and he returned 3 days later to replace the part. The entire team could not have been more helpful, and as a result, I have cancelled my Dom Gen policy as I don't find them value for money, and I can now use my annual policy cost to cover any future visits from Spin Doctor. Thanks again to Jamie for his help.
